In general, we need at least 6 months - 12 months notice for wedding and event florals and 3 - 4 weeks notice on smaller projects (e.g. lei orders). If your event is during peak wedding season (late spring through summer through late fall), we recommend reaching out as soon as possible as dates book up fast. Please fill out an inquiry on our contact page and we will let you know if we can accommodate you.
01. Firstly, fill out our inquiry form.
If we are available on your date, we will send you a detailed floral questionnaire which will help determine the overall style and scope of your project. These details are necessary in order for us to create a thoughtful and informed estimate. Every project is different!
02. Secure date and details.
To lock in your date after receipt of the estimate, we require a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit. From there, we will work on a refined floral mood board illustrating the proposed design of your pieces, and work with you to fine tune the design elements and item quantities for the event. Final revisions and payments are due 1 month prior to the event date, which is when we place the final orders for flowers.
03. Enjoy!
As we approach your event date, we work with your planner to finalize timelines and logistics. On event day, our team will be there from start to finish, delivering personal flowers, creating beautiful on site installations, and obsessing over every detail until it’s perfect. You’re in experienced hands, so relax and enjoy!
Every project is unique, just like our amazing clients. We use photo inspiration to determine an overall color palette and look, and will do our best to keep a similar feel that also aligns with your needs. Seasonality, market conditions, and product availability may cause substitutions of flowers and foliage to occur.
Yes! We have abundant connections in the wedding and creative industries, and love any opportunity to work in new spaces and environments. We are open to traveling anywhere for destination weddings, special events, restaurant or retail installations, and floral freelancing. Please reach out far in advance.
Yes, delivery is available islandwide on Kauaʻi for a fee.
